Marisa joined the practice in 2012. Originally from Toledo, Ohio, she graduated from Miami University with a degree in Exercise Science and earned her Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration. A past dancer and athlete, Marisa understands the impact of sports injuries. She is thrilled to be part of a practice that can offer non-surgical solutions to pain.
Joining the practice in 2012, Kacey has always had an interest in the medical field. Kacey graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in Exercise Physiology. Kacey enjoys playing with her two dogs, Italian food and making juice using organic vegetables grown in her own garden.
Christine is a Northern Virginia native who recently joined StemCell ARTS in 2014. She graduated from George Mason University with a degree in Health Administration and Policy. In her free time, Christine enjoys Zumba, reading, hamburgers, and ice cream.
Danielle joined the practice in 2016. She is originally from San Antonio, TX. Danielle graduated from Penn State, where she played Rugby, with a degree in Kinesiology. Her interest in the medical field stemmed from her love for sports while dealing with several injuries. She loves to travel and eat Italian food. She also likes to watch college football on the weekends with her family.
Samantha joined the practice in 2016. She graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2015, studying Biochemistry and Environmental Sociology. Samantha is currently enrolled in a Masters of Public Health program. In her free time, Samantha enjoys aviation, hiking, and barre classes.
Barry joined StemCell ARTS in 2017. He graduated in 2016 with a degree in Biology from George Mason University. Being involved with club sports throughout college and high school, Barry is familiar with injuries and how they can impact day to day activities. A part from the medical field, Barry performs with a band and has played shows throughout the east coast. His favorite food is mac and cheese.
Jeremy joined the StemCell ARTS team in 2016. He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2016, studying Biology and minoring in Chemistry. In his free time, Jeremy enjoys adventuring outdoors, bouldering, and amateur photography.
Connie joined the practice in 2010. Her favorite part of her job is getting to know the patients and sharing their journey back to health. Connie enjoys being a part of StemCell ARTS and the opportunity to provide treatments to patients who have previously been told to live with their pain.
Jen became a part of the StemCell ARTS team in 2016, working as a medical assistant. She is a recent graduate of the University of Virginia where she earned her degree in Biology. Jen has always had an interest in medicine, and truly enjoys seeing her patients become pain-free. In her free time she enjoys playing golf, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
Mira joined National Spine and Pain Centers in 2014, transferring to the StemCell ARTS team in 2017. In her free time, Mira enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exercising, and watching television. She loves Korean, Italian, Thai food, pizza and French fries.
Selam was born and raised in Ethiopia. She joined National Spine and Pain Centers in 2013, transferring to the StemCell ARTS team in 2017. Salem is currently enrolled in UMUC to finish her Bachelor Degree in Health Service Management and Information System. In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and getting involved in her church activities. Selam has a passion for décor, with future plans to own a party décor business.
Sara joined StemCell ARTS in 2017. She is currently completing her Undergraduate Degree at George Mason University. Sara is studying Health Administration & Informatics. Active in multiple sports her whole life, Sara has two dogs that love to go hiking. She also enjoy eating at new and unusual places.
